Dear Parents,

Thank you for your communication and feedback throughout the school year. To further improve school communication we need every parent’s cooperation in providing specific contact information. This will consist of a personal email address and telephone number.

An e-mail address will allow us to send official notifications such as invoices, student report cards and, most importantly, create a school parent account in our School Information System, Plus Portals. Within this system you will be able to view your child’s school calendar, daily progress and all classroom information.

Thank you for your help and please stop by our administration building if you need any assistance completing the form.
