Dear ACIS Families & Friends,
As we enter the final month of the ‘25-26 school year, our campus is filled with learning, celebration, reflection, and excitement for the year ahead. June is always a meaningful time at ACIS as students complete final units, celebrate achievements, and prepare for the next stage of their learning journey.
Across the school, students continue to show curiosity, creativity, and growth. Our Kindergarten 2 students are preparing for Astronaut Day and imaginative play in their dramatic Space Station. Grade 1 students have completed their STAR360 assessments and enjoyed connecting their learning to International Day, including a fun cookie-making activity. We are also proud of our students who participated in the AEG Spelling Bee Contest. In Grade 2, students explored erosion and weathering through hands-on science, while Grade 5 students are finishing their space science unit by creating star systems and using their science knowledge in ELA stories. They are also preparing for a mock Constitutional Convention in Social Studies.

As the year comes to a close, we are reminded of the strong relationships built between students, teachers, and families. A recent message from a Grade 4 parent beautifully expressed gratitude for a teacher’s care, dedication, and positive influence. These moments reflect the meaningful impact our educators have every day.
Our Grade 6 students are preparing for their original production, Trial of Humanity, on Tuesday, June 9. This student-created play explores responsibility, teamwork, and environmental protection through humor, adventure, and creativity. It represents a collaborative effort across English, Art, and Computer classes, with students writing, designing, creating, and performing the production themselves.
In High School, the Student Council is planning an upcoming car wash, while our University Counseling team is preparing to welcome and support our first graduating class in the 2026–2027 academic year. Students are also being encouraged to finish strong through Amnesty Day and Credit Recovery opportunities, helping them complete missing work, improve grades, and take responsibility for learning.

Our Family–School Liaison team is preparing for the final PTG-C meeting of the school year. This will be an opportunity to reflect on important community events, gather feedback, and discuss priorities for next year. We are grateful for their continued support.
June also brings the close of a very successful CMAC season. ACIS earned two gold medals and one silver medal at the CMAC Badminton Tournament, finishing as the second-best school in the badminton standings. Our U12 boys soccer team also made history with a 2nd place finish in CMAC, the highest result ever achieved by an ACIS soccer team, followed by another 2nd place at the Falcons International Tournament. We look forward to celebrating our student-athletes at the CMAC Athletics Awards Ceremony on June 12.
In closing, I would like to thank our students, teachers, staff, parents, and guardians for your hard work and support. We are proud of all that our ACIS community has accomplished and look forward to finishing the year together with gratitude, celebration, and excitement for what lies ahead.
Timothy Traser (Mr. T), ACIS Principal
